Jae's STORY

Jae' Hud heard the calling of the beauty industry long before she was of age to hold a drivers license. She was just fourteen years old when she began assisting. Jae’s apprenticeship introduced her to an appreciation not just for the artistry of styling hair, but also to the sciences of strengthening and growing healthy hair. Jae' pursued formal education and training at Pivot Point International in Chicago, Illinois. She honed her skills at the Hair Cuttery, studying various types of hair cutting techniques, product lines and color formulas that provided beautiful healthy hair for women and men of all nationalities. In 2006 Jae' chose to broaden her skills in the industry by enrolling in Los Angeles, California’s Elegance International, studying Special Effects Make-up. Following her graduation in 2008, Jae’s talent, drive and Make-up artistry knowledge quickly separated her from other Cosmetologist. She landed assignments in various independent films including: Blind Ambition, Mental Maid, Bloodkin and Hitwoman Assassin. In 2009 Jae was hired to be a educator for Namaste Laboratories, L.L.C. parent company and makers of Organic Root Stimulator. Where she rediscovered her love for the science of hair (Trichology). Currently she is working towards pursuing a Certification in becoming a Trichologist while also building her professional portfolio. ~Licensed Cosmetologist.
